Crashsaurus is made to be crashed. That's the whole point. So if yours breaks or stops transforming during normal play within 1 year of delivery, we'll replace it for free.
How to claim
- Email haloys.service@gmail.com with your order number.
- Add a photo or a short video showing the problem.
- We'll confirm and send your replacement. No need to send the broken one back.
What's covered
- Broken hinges, wings, legs or wheels from normal play
- A Crashsaurus that no longer transforms
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
What's not covered
- Lost toys
- Intentional damage
