Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping rates
- Free standard shipping on orders of $40 or more.
- Orders under $40: $4.99 flat-rate standard shipping.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered in 7 to 12 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Christmas delivery
To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 7.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Shipping to a different address
Buying a gift? Enter the recipient's address as the shipping address at checkout.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, or tracking shows it as lost, email us at haloys.service@gmail.com with your order number and we will help you right away.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
