30-day returns
Not happy with your order? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
Email us at haloys.service@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see the Crash Guarantee below). Original shipping fees are not refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post it.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
1-Year Crash Guarantee
If your Crashsaurus breaks or stops transforming during normal play within 1 year of delivery, email us your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. We will send you a free replacement. The Crash Guarantee does not cover loss or intentional damage.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
